Frequently Asked Questions
The first step of the process is to schedule a free in-home assessment where one of our specialists will come to take some measurements, answer any questions you may have, and provide you with a quote for the job.
If you decide to move forward with installation, we require a deposit (75% for curved stairlifts and platform lifts; 50% for all other products) to add you to our install calendar and order your equipment, if necessary.
Most jobs are installed within 1-3 weeks of receiving the deposit, depending on our schedule. If your need is urgent, let us know and we will accommodate you as best as we can.
Sorry! We do not accept insurance.
Except in rare circumstances, most insurances WILL NOT cover the cost of stairlifts, ramps, or platform lifts.
We are not offering rentals at this time.
Sure! If we installed it, give us a call at 757-848-5884 and we have someone come out to check on the equipment's condition and make you an offer on the spot!
Sorry! We don't rent scooters or wheelchairs. If you are interested in getting a wheelchair or scooter through your insurance, give our sister company, Tycon Medical, a call at 757-640-1709.
We only service equipment that we installed or delivered.
No, but our sister company, Tycon Medical, specializes in home medical equipment, CPAP therapy, scooters, and wheelchairs - often entirely through your insurance. Give them a call at 757-640-1709 and they'd be happy to help!
We no longer offer this service.
Sorry! We do not modify vans or rent them.
No. We are commonly mistaken as a transportation company. We install ramps and stairlifts.
